The Society of Alumni and Friends takes your privacy seriously. The information we collect will be used for two reasons only:
- For the Society to contact you directly, as individual or as a group, for Society business; we will not share your information with anybody or any other organization for any purpose whatsoever.
- For other Society members to contact you. Any search on the membership list will only disclose your name, company, city, state, field, job title, preferred method of contact, graduation year and any other information on your career you choose to reveal. If you choose Contact through Society, then the student/friend should contact the Society at Referrals and we will pass the message on to you. If you choose Facebook or LinkedIn, be sure to join the Society of Friends’ groups on those sites.
You should create a username and password, which will give you access to the member-search function. Only members who have signed up for the Society are allowed to search the member database.
To update your profile: You may submit an entirely new membership form and check “Update” on the last question; we will then delete your old information. You may also email the Society at Updates and we will help you reset the information.
If you previously signed up for the Society: We will contact you in July 2010 to get you re-entered into our new system.
Problems signing up? Send us an email. One tip: Don’t use the Enter/Return key while using this form; use the Tab key or the mouse to move to the next question, and click “Submit” only when you are done.
Prefer paper? You can download the sign-up form in Word or PDF and mail it to the Greenlee School for processing.
Not in a position to take calls from students or others just now? No worries. But please sign up anyway, and then keep tabs on our activities as much or as little as you want. There’s no requirement to always be on call to help. You can always update your preferences later.
